We limit the Personal Information we collect to only that which is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. If we wish to use your Personal Information for any other purpose, where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent before using the information.
Use and disclosure
We generally use and disclose your Personal Information for the following purposes:

• Construction and manufacturing
• Equipment maintenance and installation on or off third-party sites and locations

Retention and access
Personal Information is only retained for the period of time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as otherwise required by statutory or other legal purposes. Retention and destruction of Personal Information is in accordance with our records management practices and applicable laws.
Airworks Compressors Corp. permits the reasonable right of access and review of your Personal Information held by the Company unless the release of such information may be withheld as permitted or required by law. When requesting access to your Personal Information, please note that we may request specific information from you to enable us to confirm your identity and right to access, as well as to search for and provide you with the Personal Information that we hold about you. Upon written request to the Privacy Officer, provided that sufficient detail is provided, Airworks Compressors Corp. will provide that individual with access to their requested Personal Information subject to applicable privacy legislation. Where information will not or cannot be disclosed, the individual making the request will be provided with the reasons for non-disclosure.
Where your Personal Information will be disclosed, Airworks Compressors Corp. will endeavor to provide the information in question within a reasonable period consistent with applicable laws. The applicable period will begin from the date that Airworks Compressors Corp. receives all the information required to reasonably respond to the request from the individual making the request. Monitoring and surveillance
Monitoring of Airworks Compressors Corp. property, including assets and premises, is done on an “as required” basis in proportion to the risks that Airworks Compressors Corp. faces.
In the course of conducting its business, Airworks Compressors Corp. may monitor the activities of individuals in respect of its operations and its property to ensure the efficient use of its systems and equipment, to protect Airworks Compressors Corp. staff and property and to ensure compliance with applicable laws and Airworks Compressors Corp. policies. Where in use, security cameras are there for the protection of employees and third parties, and to protect against theft, vandalism, and damage to Airworks Compressors Corp.’s goods and property. Recorded images are routinely destroyed and not shared with third parties unless there is suspicion of crime, in which case they may be turned over to the police or other appropriate government agency or authority.
We may also monitor and record certain telephone calls. Generally, where telephone calls are routinely monitored, you will be informed that the conversation is being recorded at the beginning of the call and the purposes of the monitoring or recording either by an automated recording or by an Airworks Compressors Corp. customer service representative.
We may amend this Policy from time to time.
